Short Posts: High quality judging requires high quality listening

The speed with which we judge people or situations minute after minute is sometimes much faster than what solid judgments require.

Immediate rulings are almost inevitable. Our sometimes not so wise intuition shoots in our minds a most likely, for us, opinion about something or someone.

This is fine as our intuition may be wise. But we do not know it yet.

If this first view or feeling is followed by wise listening, which means gathering more information, our minds will also very fast in amending and adjusting with flexibility.
